Simon: Rain this morning in northwest Scotland and the north and west of Ireland. Cloudier northern England, but fair elsewhere with stronger sunshine pushing through during the day. Warm for all.

Dan: It's looking to be a rainy night along Scotland's west coast. Consistent rain with moderate spells here. Some patchy drizzly spots into central Scotland and north Ireland. South of here, cloud will be broken with dry conditions through the night.

Dan: A wet day for the west of Scotland and northern areas of Ireland. Rain will be frequent if not persistent with some heavy bursts. Southern Scotland, England, and Wales will be substantially dry with sunny spells, always best in the far south.

Dan: England and Wales will be dry overnight with breaks in cloud. Rain for the west and north of Scotland, brief heavy bursts along the west coast. Some rain onto the north and west coasts of Ireland as well and becoming breezy.

Dan: A front oriented north-to-south is drifting eastward onto Britain this morning. Drizzly rain on and off for many, with moments of steadier rain in the west, especially on higher terrain. A mix of sun and fog in Ireland but dry.

Filotas: Rain will continue across Ireland, becoming heavy in the west. Light, patchy rain will spread into western Scotland, Wales, and southwest England. Central and eastern areas will be mostly dry but cloudy.
